Opened in 705 CE, this Guinness World Records-certified oldest inn in the world features four naturally flowing spring sources deep in the Hayakawa valley. All water is supplied undiluted at Japan's highest flow rate of 2,030 liters per minute. Relaunched in March 2026 with a new concept.
